The CEO Circle
Efforts in our industry to promote equity cannot focus on gender alone. The CEO Circle seeks to redress the balance by devoting resources to programs that support the entry and upward mobility of all under-represented minority women into finance careers.
Sustaining members of the CEO Circle support:
- Collaborative partnerships with external affinity networks and minority groups to increase our scale and reach
- Role model connectivity between women in the finance industry and female pre-career students
- Complimentary 100WF memberships to female students enrolled at universities globally (with a focus on underserved populations)
- Increasing the visibility of women from diverse backgrounds in investment and finance roles through access to online programming and conferences
- Establishing new strategic locations
